Helix IPTV Device Installation Instructions

  1. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources". (If Developer Options is hidden, go to Settings → About → click Fire TV name 7 times).
  2. Return to the home screen, search for the "Downloader" app, and install it from the Amazon Appstore.
  3. Launch Downloader and type in the player code for IPTV Smarters Pro or Hot Player (provided in your subscription email).
  4. Once the installation completes, open the app and log in using the Xtream API details or M3U playlist credentials sent to your inbox.

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV, Xiaomi Box, Nvidia Shield, or Android smartphone.

  3. Launch the application and select the option to add an M3U playlist or login using Xtream Codes API.
  4. Input your Helix IPTV account credentials and allow the system 2-3 minutes to load the channel playlist.

  1. Turn on your Smart TV and ensure it is connected to a stable home internet connection.

  3. Download and install the application on your television dashboard.
  4. Open the app to find your device MAC Address. Log into the player's activation portal online and paste your M3U playlist link to sync the channels.

For PC and Mac users, setup is straightforward. You can use VLC Media Player to stream local channels. Open VLC, go to Network Stream, and paste your playlist URL. Alternatively, install the desktop package of IPTV Smarters Pro to enjoy our fully categorized EPG layout.

Connecting iOS Devices with HelixIPTV

MAG Box Portal Registration with HelixIPTV

To use our portal on MAG boxes, go to Portal settings and enter our address (received via email). Ensure that you send us your physical MAC address before activation, as we must whitelist it on our servers.
